A: We ship worldwide, including Spain, Europe, and the US. Shipping times vary depending on the destination.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on your location and order size.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Each Juthoor item is printed to order with care. Production usually takes 2–3 business days, and shipping takes an additional 5–10 business days, depending on your location. On average, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Tracking information will be provided soon via email once your order has shipped.
Q: What if my postcard arrives damaged?
A: We take great care with packaging, but if your postcard arrives damaged, please contact us at info@juthoorstudio.com with photos, and we’ll do our best to help.
Q: Can I request custom postcards or designs?
A: Currently, we offer the postcards shown on our website. Custom orders may be available in the future — stay tuned!
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards via Shopify’s secure payment system.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Because orders are fulfilled quickly through Printify, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help.
